I didn’t get into real estate because I thought it would be glamorous. I got into it because I genuinely love helping people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives, and I’m good at it. Twenty-three years later, 846 homes sold across Tennessee and Nebraska, one dual license, and a farm full of opinionated animals, I’d say it worked out.

I’m Licensed Twice on Purpose
Most agents hand you off to a lender and hope everything goes fine. I’m a licensed real estate agent (Go Realty Group/eXp Realty) AND a licensed mortgage lender (Secure Choice Lending, NMLS #2265501). That’s not an accident. I built it that way because I watched too many deals fall apart over the financing side and decided I wasn’t going to let that happen to my clients anymore. You get both sides of the transaction handled by someone who’s actually accountable to you the whole way through. And you’re never required to use me as your lender. It’s simply an option that’s there if you want it.
I Work Two Real Markets
I’m actively licensed and working in both Tennessee and Nebraska. On the Tennessee side I cover Fayette County, Somerville, Oakland, Rossville, Moscow, Collierville, Germantown, Memphis, and the surrounding areas. On the Nebraska side I cover Omaha, Bellevue, Papillion, Gretna, Bennington, Springfield, Firth, and out into the rural fringe. If you’re in one of those markets, I know it.
My Team Makes It Work
Keke handles transactions and client care on the Tennessee side. Lynn manages listings in Nebraska. When you work with us, things don’t fall through the cracks because someone’s always watching the details. We have each other’s backs, and that means we have yours.
Now, About the Farm
I live on a hobby farm in West Tennessee and it is exactly as chaotic and wonderful as you’re imagining. I didn’t grow up on a farm. I chose this life, learned it, and fell completely in love with it. Now it’s the heart of everything I do.
Duke is my white goose and he has strong opinions about mornings, strangers, and whether you remembered to feed him first. Goaty is the fluffy white dancing goat who greets everyone at the fence like she’s been waiting for you specifically. Scout the golden retriever is supposed to be supervising but mostly just gets distracted. Then there are the horses, the pig, the chickens, the ducks, and at least two animals on any given day who have escaped somewhere they’re not supposed to be.
This life is my brand. Backyards to Barns, We’ve Got You Covered isn’t just a tagline. It’s how I live and what I specialize in. Rural buyers, acreage buyers, hobby farm buyers across Tennessee and Nebraska trust me because I’m not selling them a lifestyle I don’t understand. I’m living it.
I’m a mom of two, I’ve been building this business for over two decades, and I genuinely believe real estate should feel like something a trusted friend is helping you through, not something scary being done to you.
