You will NOT find a better realtor! Kari was assigned to us via Zillow and I thank God she was! She worked with us in every step of our very long timeline. We were looking for land and lived out of state. She met with us every time we came within driving distance of her, but more often she was doing early morning/late night/weekend leg work for us as we drove from land plot to land plot across the entire state of TN! She is down to earth and professional, however what made her shine the most was that she worked just as hard to get us permissions to look at land that would make her less money as she did with land that would make her more money. She was never pushy! Highly recommend!
